Delete your account in the app (immediate — players signed in with Google Play Games or Game Center)

  1. Open Block Garden and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Yes, delete.

Your account is deleted right away: the Unity Gaming Services player created for your Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) account, your cloud-saved progress, your leaderboard scores and rankings, and the game progress stored on your device (leaves, stickers, badges, statistics). Your Google Play Games / Game Center link is removed; the Google or Apple account itself is managed by Google/Apple and is not affected. On Android the game returns to the sign-in screen; on iOS it returns to the first-run screen.

Delete your data in the app (immediate — guest players)

  1. Open Block Garden and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete my data.
  3. Confirm with Yes, delete.

This deletes the anonymous Unity Gaming Services player created for you, your gardener name and leaderboard entries on our servers, and the progress stored on the device. Works the same on Android and iOS.

Request deletion by e-mail

If you no longer have the app installed, send an e-mail to zenleafgames@gmail.com with the subject "Block Garden account deletion", your gardener name (the name shown on the leaderboard) and, if you signed in, your Google Play Games or Game Center display name. We delete the data listed above within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

Guest players without the app

If you played as a guest (without signing in to Google Play Games / Game Center) and the app is no longer installed, send an e-mail to the address above with the same subject and your gardener name, and we delete your server-side data — the anonymous Unity Gaming Services player, your gardener name and your leaderboard entries — within 30 days. Your progress stored on the device (leaves, stickers, badges, statistics) is deleted when you uninstall the app.

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulama artık yüklü değilse zenleafgames@gmail.com adresine "Block Garden hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; bahçıvan adınızı (lider tablosunda görünen ad) ve giriş yaptıysanız Google Play Games veya Game Center görünen adınızı yazın. Yukarıdaki verileri 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla bilgi veririz.

Uygulaması yüklü olmayan misafir oyuncular

Misafir olarak (Google Play Games / Game Center'a giriş yapmadan) oynadıysanız ve uygulama artık yüklü değilse yukarıdaki adrese aynı konuyla bir e-posta gönderip bahçıvan adınızı yazın; sunucudaki verilerinizi — anonim Unity Gaming Services oyuncusu, bahçıvan adınız ve lider tablosu kayıtlarınız — 30 gün içinde sileriz. Cihazdaki ilerlemeniz (yapraklar, sticker'lar, rozetler, istatistikler) uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
